We are seeking a Tax Staff Assistant who is interested in professional development. We offer a work-life balance and on-the-job training.
Responsibilities
- Scan, Autoflow 1040s/1041s & business returns
- Client communication, sending returns
- Assist teams with projects
- New client set-up
- Create and submit consent forms
- Manage address/name/email changes
- Create and send PSD Engagement letters
- Other duties as needed and assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED equivalent, some college desired
- 1-year recent, relevant experience in an administrative role, preferred
- Notary Public, preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, ability to learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems (recordkeeping, filing)
- Ability to lift/move 15 pounds
