The ADKF staff survived another busy season, by indulging in countless energy drinks (which turned into a desk pyramid), warm cookie deliveries, catered dinners and breakfast tacos. Empower Wealth Advisors also spoiled the team by hosting a tailgate right outside the building to refuel the team for the late night ahead. This week several members of our audit team, Rachel Gutierrez, John Berryman and Anette Barrera, CPA, are already getting into the San Antonio Fiesta spirit at a client’s office. To help the rest of the team find their Fiesta spirit, ADKF Fiesta medals commemorating the 25th anniversary where passed out in celebration. Fiesta is rooted deep in the San Antonio culture and most Fiesta goers don’t realize that every official Fiesta event is hosted by a local nonprofit or military organization, which makes Fiesta San Antonio, A Party with a Purpose. ADKF team members are happy to complete another tax season and return to a regular work schedule where they will be able to find time to enjoy a Fiesta event or two with family and friends.
