Native San Antonian, Danielle McCutcheon, joined ADKF in 2019 as an Audit Senior. After graduating from McArthur High School, she worked in the service industry for twelve years. Six of those years she spent abroad in Germany. Needing a change, Danielle returned home and studied at Texas A&M San Antonio to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Her first job took her into the industry before she made her move to public accounting. Danielle has enjoyed the challenge of accounting because every day is different. “It allows me to keep learning,” she states, “Public accounting is progressing, and you have to progress as an individual as well.”
Danielle has always been down for adventure – whether it’s a good murder mystery novel or traveling the globe. Her favorite trip was to Italy because of its rich history; however, Thailand’s street food was the weirdest thing she had ever eaten. Her bucket list is to travel to every continent; she still has Africa, Antarctica, Australia, and South America to check off.
Right now, life has her settled in San Antonio. Having become a recent homeowner, her free time is spent working on home improvement projects. When she isn’t busy with work or home projects, you can find Danielle reading a book, taking a quick getaway to the lake, or watching the Spurs.
ADKF is glad to have Danielle as part of the family. Her enthusiasm to learn and step up to a challenge makes her a strong team member. We are excited to watch her grow with the firm.
