With an accounting career of over 40 years, Tom provides significant experience with SEC registrants, GAAP, and tax basis financial statements and specializes in accounting, auditing and consulting.

Tom graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, and he and his family have been longtime residents of the San Antonio area. He began his accounting career in 1976, including 13 years with Ernst & Young. Specializing in accounting, auditing and business consulting, his areas of expertise include GAAP and tax basis financial statements, financial forecasts, review and compilation services and personal financial statements. He also has significant experience with SEC registrants. When Tom is off the clock he enjoys spending time cheering on the Longhorns and Spurs, hunting, fishing, and working at the ranch.
